Sectors
Five sectors,
one thesis.
The sectors look unrelated on a fund fact sheet. They are not. Each one is a different face of the same question: what does a society do when it has fewer people, better tools, and more to build?
Sector 01
Technology
The productivity answer to a shrinking labor force. We back the layer that makes other industries measurably cheaper to run.
Sector 02
Leadership
Leadership is an underwritable asset. We invest in the firms that find, build, and hold the people who decide outcomes.
Sector 03
Entertainment
Rights, formats, and live experience. We buy the things an audience returns to, not the things it discovers once.
Sector 04
Civil Engineering
The physical fabric a shrinking, wealthier, warmer society has to rebuild. Long dated, politically underwritten, chronically under-supplied.
Sector 05
Arts
Cultural assets held on a generational clock. Patient by construction, and the sharpest read we have on where a society is going.
Bring us the question, not the deck.
We work with founders, families, institutions, and public bodies that are early enough in the thinking that the answer is still open. That is the point at which capital and a view are worth something together.
